What we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or contact forms. When you visit, our web server records technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) in short-lived logs used only to keep the site secure and running.

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply and, if we work together, to manage that relationship.

Legal basis

• Our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Complying with legal obligations, such as accounting rules (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for no longer than 30 days. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or our contract, and afterwards only as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. It is processed by our hosting and email providers on our behalf, under data processing agreements, and disclosed to authorities only where the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@morona-agency.com. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt).
